As an educator for almost 20 years, I know how important it is to have a representative association that is transparent and thoughtful in their leadership.  With broad experiences teaching urban, rural, and suburban communities along with multiple grade levels in both middle and high school I am best suited to speak to issues that concern a majority of Maryland educators.  My political resume of running for a board of education, chairing a government relations team, and advocating for educators in Annapolis has prepared me to serve as a National Educational Association Director.
